Job summary

Fidelity Investments Inc. in Westlake, TX seeks a Senior Manager, Data Analytics and Insights to partner with product teams and govern end-to-end data analytics across the SDLC.

You will design data strategies, develop advanced analytical frameworks, and deliver scalable data solutions using Power BI, Tableau, Python, and Snowflake. You will mentor analysts, respond to data requests, and translate complex data into actionable business insights for senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a closely related field and five (5) years of experience as a Senior Manager, Data Analytics and Insights in a brokerage/financial services environment.
• Or, a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a closely related field and three (3) years of experience in the same role and domain.

Responsibilities

• Defines and leads enterprise-level data strategy and analytics initiatives.
• Develops and implements advanced analytical frameworks.
• Supports strategic data initiatives and addresses complex business challenges.
• Assists with daily, weekly, and monthly production reporting cycles across analytic environments.
• Ensures data availability, correct processing, and accurate reporting.
