Job summary

Gartner's BTI Analytics team is seeking a senior Manager who will lead end-to-end analytics for Insights and Events, partnering with IT, Content Analytics, Data Engineering, and Product Management to drive data-driven decisions.

You will mentor a small team, design scalable dashboards, automate reporting, and shape a strategy for measuring interaction quality and engagement across Gartner assets, contributing to revenue growth and client retention.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive business analytics, complex problem solving, and business strategy.
• Strong technical understanding of data and skills to analyze as well as visualize it.
• Programming languages e.g., SQL, Python, R
• Data visualization tools e.g., Power BI
• Attention to detail, data hygiene and documentation
• Leadership and collaboration across a matrixed organization

Responsibilities

• Build expertise to be the center of excellence on Gartner research assets data and guidance for other teams.
• Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs and prioritize high-impact efforts.
• Coach the team to think critically, break problems into workstreams, and build automated dashboards/reports.
• Develop and improve analytical methodologies for BTI and other BUs.
• Lead automation of dashboards, reports, and analyses to improve scalability and efficiency.
• Communicate root causes clearly and tell a coherent story to solve business challenges.
