Labcorp is seeking a Senior Manager, Data Analytics to lead enterprise data, analytics, reporting, and AI initiatives. You will partner with business and tech stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions, oversee end-to-end delivery, and guide teams in building cloud-based data platforms using Snowflake, Databricks, and AWS.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 12+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Data Warehousing, Analytics, or related technology domains.
• 5+ years leading and managing technical teams, including performance management, coaching, and talent development.
• 5+ years of experience in data analytics.
• 5+ years of experience with database administration, application program development, SQL development on multiple platforms, and report development/generation.

Responsabilidades

• Lead solution design, architecture reviews, and technical governance for enterprise data, analytics, reporting, and AI initiatives.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technology solutions.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of enterprise data solutions ensuring quality, security, and scalability.
• Guide teams in designing and implementing cloud-based data platforms using Snowflake, Databricks, AWS.
• Establish best practices for data governance, quality, security, and operations.
