Job summary

Mercury is seeking an senior governance leader to build enterprise Data & AI governance capabilities. You will report to the Chief Risk Officer and shape risk-aligned data governance across the organization.

Responsibilities include developing standards, collaborating with Risk, InfoSec, Legal, and Product teams, and tracking evolving regulations to ensure compliant programs across the fintech platform.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in data/AI governance or tech risk.
• Strong technical fluency and executive influence.
• Experience building governance programs in fast-paced environments.
