Job summary

Kinder’s Premium Quality Seasonings & Sauces is seeking a Senior Manager, Customer Excellence to scale Customer Operations and lead a two-person Senior Analyst team in Walnut Creek, CA. This hands-on role combines governance, ERP/EDI enablement, dashboards, and cross-functional collaboration to drive order-to-cash excellence and measurable improvements.

You will own the end-to-end process, build KPI frameworks, and partner with IT, Finance, Sales, Planning, Inventory, Warehousing and Logistics

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Customer Operations, order-to-cash, or related supply chain roles.
• Experience with ERP implementations and EDI onboarding.
• Proven ability to create SOPs, process maps and governance routines.
• Strong analytical and Excel skills; familiarity with Power BI/Tableau is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead Customer Operations excellence roadmap and a two-Analyst team.
• Own end-to-end order-to-cash process framework and improvements.
• Document workflows, clarify roles, and establish controls to reduce errors.
• Create SOPs, process maps, and training materials with clear ownership.
