Kinder's Premium Quality Seasonings & Sauces is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead our growing logistics team in Walnut Creek, CA. You will oversee 3PL partnerships, drive KPI performance, and implement lean processes to scale operations in a fast‑paced consumer goods environment.

You’ll partner with Internal Ops, Inventory, and Finance to optimize receiving, put‑away, picking, and shipping, while building SOPs and contingency plans to support seasonal demand and new product

Qualifications

• 5 to 7+ years in warehouse logistics or supply chain leadership.
• Experience managing 3PL distribution centers.
• Bachelor's degree in related field; CSCP/Lean Six Sigma/ASCM certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 3PL warehouse providers and KPI performance.
• Coordinate internal ops with warehousing, inbound/outbound shipping.
• Develop SOPs and contingency plans to ensure business continuity.
• Scale operations to seasonal demand and new product launches.
