Job summary

Curve Dental, LLC is seeking a Senior Manager, Customer Marketing & Expansion to shape how we engage customers across onboarding, adoption, expansion and advocacy.

You will partner with Customer Success, Sales, Product and Marketing to turn customer insights into targeted campaigns, drive product adoption, and create measurable growth. Experience in B2B SaaS or dental technology preferred; fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in customer marketing, lifecycle marketing, customer expansion, integrated marketing or demand generation.
• Proven success building programs for adoption, retention and advocacy.
• Exceptional writing, messaging and campaign development skills.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration across marketing, CS, sales and product.
• Experience leading data-driven segmentation and optimization of campaigns.
• Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce and marketing automation platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer marketing and expansion strategies spanning onboarding, adoption, renewal and advocacy.
• Develop segmented campaigns across key moments in the customer journey.
• Build an integrated communications calendar across products, audiences and channels.
• Turn customer insights into messaging, offers and success metrics; measure impact.
