Job summary

The Hershey Company is seeking a Manager, Customer Finance to lead the consolidation, reporting, and governance of Gross-to-Net investments across Trade and CWA. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Marketing, or an equivalent field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant business experience in accounting, finance, FP&A, or related work.
• Experience partnering with sales teams.
• Advanced Excel, data analysis, and reporting skills.
• People leadership experience; coaching and developing teams.
• Ability to influence leaders and drive financial insights.

Responsibilities

• Own customer P&L development, including monthly plans, forecasts, targets, and performance analysis.
• Lead Trade and CWA consolidation and reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual results, variance analytics, forecast reviews, and ARP oversight.
• Partner with Away from Home sales leadership on financial guidance, scenario analysis, annual planning, monthly forecasting, and strategic recommendations.
• Strengthen governance, controls, policy compliance, and data integrity related to customer investments.
• Drive reporting standardization, process improvements, and automation that improve efficiency, accuracy, and visibility.
• Lead and develop the Customer Finance team through clear expectations, coaching, and development planning.
