The Hershey Company is seeking a Manager, Manufacturing Finance to serve as the primary finance partner to manufacturing operations. You will lead financial planning, analysis, and performance insights that drive cost optimization and productivity initiatives.

Collaborate with Plant Leadership to translate operational metrics into financial outcomes, oversee budgeting and forecasting, and drive continuous improvement with a strong emphasis on accuracy and strategic decision making at the site

Qualificações

• Minimum 5 years in financial roles, preferably in CPG and/or plant controllership.
• Experience with cost accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and standard costing.
• Strong financial storytelling and ability to translate metrics into actions.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with Plant Leadership to guide financial decision making.
• Analyze cost performance across labor, materials, overhead, and waste.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and AOP processes for assigned operations.
• Perform scenario modeling and risk analysis for proactive planning.
• Drive cost improvements and financial reporting for stakeholders.
