Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in financial roles, preferably manufacturing finance and cost accounting.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modeling.
• Proven ability to partner with operations and coach others.

Responsibilities

• Partner with plant and operations leaders to interpret financial results and identify improvement opportunities.
• Lead analysis of costs including labor, overhead, materials, and productivity metrics.
• Drive root-cause analyses and follow-through for cost, productivity, and performance gaps.
• Lead site budgeting, forecasting, and operating plan inputs; model scenarios and assess risks.
• Manage month-end variance analysis, narratives, and timely financial reporting.
• Translate operational measures like OEE, downtime, and scrap into financial outcomes.
• Improve reporting, tools, and processes; support finance capability development.
