Applied Materials is seeking a senior manager to lead professional staff in Chandler, handling the performance and results of a service team. The role aligns resource plans with business priorities, delivering technical guidance and ensuring adherence to company standards.

This leadership position focuses on improving service delivery, managing startups, warranties, and customer satisfaction while mentoring engineers and driving continuous improvement across the team.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7–10 years of experience preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership and people-management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and communication abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Forecasts financial, manpower, and operational requirements for key businesses (start up, warranty, service agreements, paid service).
• Identifies and pursues service agreement business in conjunction with marketing and sales.
• Manages start ups in terms of time and cost requirements. Manages local inventories and RMA procedure.
• Maintains DSO according to goal. Manages systems start up and warranty cost under reserve.
• Ensures customer satisfaction with Company service and system performance.
• Interviews, hires, and trains customer engineers as necessary to support regional business.
• Escalates system downs according to escalation procedure and ensures timely return to service.
