Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains customer relationships with all relevant individuals, with regular visits.
• Manages, coaches and directs district engineers; responsible for salary planning, career planning, corrective actions; sets objectives and performance reviews.
• Interfaces with Product Divisions: tech support, training, spares, reliability; monitors related programs.
• Executes escalation procedures; plans system installation including start-up and reporting.
• Responsible for account planning with District Sales Engineer; provides support plans and financial forecasts.
