Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Engineering or related field.
• 6+ years experience in FMCG/CPG with strong understanding across operations.
• Hands-on experience using the latest AI tools in a business context.
• Demonstrated ability to learn, adopt, and actively use AI tools and systems; you don't just direct AI work, you do it.
• A track record of delivering measurable results in complex, cross-functional environments with cross-functional stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Scale Vertical AI initiatives within your division, translating global priorities into locally relevant programs that drive tangible business value across brands and markets.
• Lead divisional/functional priorities by mapping workflows and identifying where AI can change how work is done; establish top priorities to align with enterprise Vertical priorities.
• Surface and share high-value AI use cases by continuously identifying, validating, and sharing opportunities to inform the enterprise AI pipeline.
• Drive horizontal AI utilization by leading hands-on AI training and enablement for your divisional workforce using advanced AI tools to build useful, sticky use cases.
• Orchestrate regional AI ambassadors by coordinating training and enrichment activities and ensuring consistent execution across hubs and sub-functions.
• Capture AI value by tracking tangible outcomes and reporting to leadership; create feedback loops for data-driven strategy and execution improvements.
• Local risk & governance by serving as the primary safeguard for AI risk and compliance within your division; coordinate with Global AI Governance on standards and laws.
