Job summary

Amgen is seeking a Senior Manager to lead Cross-Portfolio & Innovation within Value & Access Insights. You will drive data strategy, unify data sources across contracting, access, payer, patient, and market intelligence, and partner with IT to build scalable infrastructure.

In this high-visibility role, you will translate analytics into business impact, collaborate with HEOR and CFoR teams, and contribute to a governance framework ensuring data quality and actionable insights for senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Doctorate degree and 2 years of experience in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Engineering (any), Science (any), Data Science, Statistics or related field
• Masters degree and 4 years of experience in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Engineering (any), Science (any), Data Science, Statistics or related field
• Bachelors degree and 6 years of experience in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Engineering (any), Science (any), Data Science, Statistics or related field
• Associates degree and 10 years of experience in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Engineering (any), Science (any), Data Science, Statistics or related field
• High school diploma / GED and 12 years of experience in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Engineering (any), Science (any), Data Science, Statistics or related field

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-portfolio data strategy for V&A insights.
• Identify data sources and build integration frameworks.
• Partner with IT to build scalable data infrastructure.
• Communicate data strategy decisions to executives.
• Develop and maintain documentation of V&A data assets.
