Job summary

Amgen is seeking a Senior Manager, Commercial Analytics (Patient & Access Analytics) in Deerfield IL or Thousand Oaks, CA. You will lead analytics, reporting, and strategic insights to support patient access decisions and business outcomes.

You will partner with Patient Access, Market Access, Sales, Marketing, Finance and other stakeholders, building scalable dashboards, ensuring data quality, and mentoring analytics teams across onshore and offshore resources.

Qualifications

• Doctorate/2+ years in Business Strategy, Commercial Analytics, Patient Access Reporting, Analytics and Business Insights
• Master's/4+ years in Business Strategy, Commercial Analytics, Patient Access Reporting, Analytics and Business Insights
• Bachelor's/6+ years in Business Strategy, Commercial Analytics, Patient Access Reporting, Analytics and Business Insights
• Associate's/10 years in Business Strategy, Commercial Analytics, Patient Access Reporting, Analytics and Business Insights
• High school diploma/GED and 12 years in Business Strategy, Commercial Analytics, Patient Access Reporting, Analytics and Business Insights

Responsibilities

• Lead development of patient access analytics, reporting, and performance measurement
• Translate data into actionable recommendations for executive audiences
• Build dashboards and reports with SQL, Tableau, and other tools
• Lead multiple high-priority initiatives with timely delivery
• Mentor onshore and offshore analytics teams
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to drive business value
