Job summary

Argano seeks a Senior Manager of Delivery - Process Improvement to lead complex, cross-functional engagements across the value chain. You will own client relationships, run end-to-end process assessments, and design integrated future-state solutions spanning multiple domains.

You will develop methodologies, mentor junior staff, and contribute to capability building within a growing practice. Travel up to 50% is expected as engagements demand.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in process improvement, management consulting, or operational leadership roles.
• Proven ability to lead end-to-end process assessments and redesign engagements across multiple functions.
• Experience facilitating cross-functional workshops with senior stakeholders across Sales, Operations, Finance, Procurement, and HR.
• Experience leading teams of four or more people in a consulting or operational environment.
• Strong analytical capabilities with data analysis, process modeling, and BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagements from inception to delivery, translating plans into detailed workplans.
• Conduct end-to-end process assessments and design future-state processes across functions.
• Develop roadmaps and governance models to sustain improvements post-engagement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive value across O2C, P2P, IBP, R2R, and HR.
• Coach and mentor junior consultants and analysts within projects.
