Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, economics, finance, engineering, or operations management.
• 5+ years in business process consulting or related field.
• Proven ability to lead process assessments from discovery to implementation.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with data tools (Excel, Alteryx, Python, SQL, Tableau).

Responsibilities

• Lead process discovery through workshops and interviews.
• Map end-to-end processes and identify gaps.
• Design future-state processes and business cases.
• Collaborate with delivery teams across streams to ensure adoption.
• Provide insights to support client decisions.
