Job summary

Ursa Major is seeking an entrepreneurial, commercially oriented leader to develop our creator marketing into a brand-building engine. You will own the creator ecosystem—connecting organic work, affiliates, ShopMy, TikTok Shop, paid partnerships, UGC, events and creator content used across our channels.

You’ll recruit and nurture a diverse network of creators, manage partnerships with sensible economics, and measure the impact on brand and revenue.

Qualifications

• You’re a relationship-builder with a strategist’s brain and a commercial orientation.
• Analytically rigorous with understanding of attribution and paid partnerships.
• 5–7+ years in creator/influencer marketing, partnerships or related consumer marketing roles.

Responsibilities

• Own creator marketing strategy, roadmap and budget with founders and agency partners.
• Identify, recruit and nurture a diverse network of creators via a simple CRM.
• Develop long-term, commercially sound relationships with key creator partners.
• Lead organic seeding, gifting, paid creator partnerships and creator experiences.
• Own affiliate creator strategy including ShopMy and other platforms.
• Oversee TikTok Shop creator strategy.
• Develop creator-generated content for organic and paid channels.
• Build a testing/learning approach across creator personas and messages.
• Connect creator insights to Social, Creative, Growth, PR and Product Marketing.
• Measure brand, content and commercial impact with monthly KPI updates.
• Collaborate on or lead brand partnerships when appropriate.
• Work with agency partners and grow a small internal creator team.
