The Associate Creative Director (Design & Art Direction) Campaigns supports the Walmart Creative Studio from concept through execution for marketing, brand, and seasonal campaigns across multiple channels including 360 full funnel paid, social, digital, email, site, print, and in-store. The candidate must be a strategic problem solver, conceptual thinker, organized, detail-oriented, and possess outstanding creative judgment while pushing creative boundaries.
This role partners with an ACD (Concept & Copy) and works alongside the Creative Director to align marketing strategy with campaign execution. Focus areas include Service (Express Delivery & Subscriptions), Grocery, Health & Wellness, and Mobile App campaigns. The candidate will also lead external agency collaborations, providing leadership and creative expertise.
Walmart Creative Studio (WCS) is Walmart’s in-house creative agency, developing innovative omnichannel brand design systems that meet customer needs and support business objectives. We focus on customer experience, insight-driven strategies, and integrated solutions to enhance Walmart’s relevance and brand presence.
Reports to Creative Director, Campaigns.
The salary range is $108,000 - $216,000 annually, with potential bonuses and additional compensation such as stock options. Minimum qualifications include a relevant bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years of related experience. Preferred qualifications include experience with digital content management, retail management, and agency collaboration.
