What you'll do...

Overview: In this Associate Creative Director/Copy role, you will partner with an ACD/Art to conceptualize Tier 1 style campaigns across fashion, beauty, and home categories. Reporting to a Creative Director and supported by a Senior Art Director, you will help create 360-degree, full-funnel advertising initiatives that are on-brand and resonate with fashion-forward customers. The ideal candidate combines in-house and agency experience, with strong writing, conceptual, and strategic skills, along with agility and precision.

Key Outcomes

  • Best-in-Class Work: Develop strategic ideas responding to briefs, contributing to multi-channel campaigns, managing script writing, manifestos, seasonal and brand lines, and presenting to stakeholders. Oversee pre-production, talent/crew selection, on-set direction, post-production, and final asset delivery.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure all creative materials align with brand attribution and seasonal identities, considering various funnel levels.
  • Team Development: Foster team growth with enthusiasm, aiming for an award-winning in-house model.
  • Efficiency: Build positive relationships, manage timelines and budgets, and streamline workflows with partners like CAMO and Production.
  • Client Satisfaction: Cultivate strong relationships with internal teams to sustain and grow the business.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an ACD, senior writer, or similar in the fashion retail industry.
  • Strong portfolio of 360-degree creative projects.
  • Exceptional collaboration and time management skills.
  • Understanding of fashion trends and consumer behavior.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Google Slides, Figma, Microsoft Office, Slack.
  • Minimum 8 years in a creative role; agency and in-house experience preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant fields such as Journalism, Creative Writing, Advertising, or Marketing.

The annual salary range is $108,000 - $216,000, with potential bonuses and stock options.
