Job summary

TotalEnergies is seeking a Sales Operations Senior Manager to manage the CPPA sales funnel, oversee operational activities, and optimize compliance systems. The candidate will lead internal reporting, develop valuation tools, and mentor team associates.

This role is essential in positioning TotalEnergies' Integrated Power business in the North American market, requiring over 5 years of experience in renewable energy sales and a strong analytical background. Opportunities for strategy leadership are available.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in renewable energy project sales, sales operations, and management/business development.
• Strong working knowledge of key financial metrics (NPV, IRR, etc.).
• Ability to work effectively with executive leadership and across all departments.

Responsibilities

• Manage systems and processes to monitor the growth and progression of the CPPA sales funnel.
• Develop, update, and maintain valuation models for PPAs and contracts under negotiation.
• Produce and maintain monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and forecasts.
