Job summary

U.S. Bank in Charlotte, NC is seeking a senior leader to oversee default review analysts within Corporate Trust Services - Specialty Solutions and Administration. You will guide a team, ensure accurate reporting, and drive compliance and risk management for default matters, reporting to the Director of Default Management.

This role requires working from a U.S. Bank location at least three days a week, a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, and 3+ years of management in banking operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 7+ years in banking operations, sales, compliance/law, accounting, and/or customer service.
• 3+ years of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead a trust unit and align with divisional objectives.
• Develop and maintain unit policies, procedures and training.
• Hire, train, coach staff and manage performance.
• Prepare and review management and exception reports.
• Oversee the unit budget by increasing revenue and reducing costs.
