Bonduelle Americas is seeking a seasoned Manager, Corporate Food Safety and Quality to lead the company’s food safety and quality programs across BA manufacturing facilities and warehouses. The role collaborates with operations leadership to drive compliance, continuous improvement, and metrics to meet customer and regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate will manage the development and execution of safety standards, lead audits, and ensure robust data analytics for continuous improvement in

Qualifications

• 10+ years of supplier food safety experience in the food industry; or 5+ years with an MS degree and leadership experience
• Thorough knowledge of food safety regulations (USDA, FDA)
• Hands-on experience with GFSI audit schemes (SQF preferred)
• Knowledge of fresh produce industry and regulatory requirements
• Excellent communication, problem solving and leadership abilities
• Willingness to travel 25–50%

Responsabilités

• Oversee food safety and quality systems at manufacturing and warehousing sites
• Develop and maintain produce-related food safety policies and records
• Lead audit readiness activities for SQF, CFS, customers and regulators
• Drive continuous improvement using data analytics and digital quality systems
• Support product recalls and traceability exercises
• Collaborate with product development to ensure safety and quality integrity
