Bonduelle Americas is seeking a Manager, Food Safety & Quality to lead the food safety and quality management systems at the Swedesboro facility and Dartmouth warehouse. This exempt role ensures regulatory compliance, customer standards, and company policies with a focus on HACCP, audits, and continuous improvement.

You will oversee QA/QC programs, sanitation, and data-driven quality metrics, mentoring QA teams and partnering with operations to uphold plant-wide food safety culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a business or food science related field preferred.
• PCQI certification preferred.
• HACCP certification.

Responsabilités

• Lead FDA/USDA/state regulatory compliance and audits.
• Maintain HACCP, QMS and product hold/recall processes.
• Oversee QA/QC programs, sanitation, and continuous improvement.
• Serve as primary contact for audits and third-party inspections.
• Lead corrective actions and drive data-driven quality metrics.
• Mentor QA team leads and collaborate with operations.
