Legacy Search Advisors is seeking a Senior Finance Manager – Commercial in Nashville. This strategic finance partner will influence pricing, profitability, revenue planning, and growth investments across a global business, working closely with executives and cross-functional leaders.

The role offers high-visibility leadership, relocation support, and a hybrid schedule (3 days in office). Ideal candidates bring 7+ years of commercial finance experience and strong modeling skills, with MBA/CPA/CMA

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive finance experience.
• Commercial Finance, Pricing, FP&A, or Sales Finance experience.
• Strong financial modeling and forecasting skills.
• Manufacturing, Consumer Products and/or distribution experience preferred.
• MBA, CPA, CMA, or similar credentials a plus.
• Spanish language skills are highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Influence pricing strategy, customer negotiations, profitability initiatives, revenue planning and growth investments.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Customer Service and Business Development.
• Provide strategic recommendations to executive leadership across a global business.
• Lead and develop talent and collaborate with senior leaders across the organization.

This global manufacturing/consumer products industry leader is seeking a Senior Finance Manager – Commercial to become the strategic finance partner to Executive Leadership across Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Customer Service, and Business Development.

You'll influence pricing strategy, customer negotiations, profitability initiatives, revenue planning, growth investments, and executive decision-making across a complex global business.
