Job summary

Chief of Staff KC is partnering with a global leader in building solutions to hire a Brand Finance Manager in Kansas City, MO. This role partners with brand leadership and reports to the brand's President and VP of Sales to shape commercial strategy.

You will forecast and budget for the brand, build strategy decks for senior leaders, and turn numbers into actionable recommendations. The position offers hybrid work and clear growth potential as the business expands.

Qualifications

• 11+ years of progressive finance experience (FP&A, commercial finance, or business partnering).
• A track record of influencing senior leaders, not just supporting them.
• Strong forecasting and budgeting skills.
• Commercial curiosity about how the business actually makes money.
• CPA or MBA a plus.

Finance Manager | Kansas City, MO (Hybrid)

This is a finance role where you'll help run the business, not just report on it.

My client is a global leader in building solutions, with a 100+ year history and brands that are known across the industry. They're hiring a Brand Finance Manager to be the finance partner for one of their flagship brands, working directly with the brand's President and VP of Sales to shape commercial strategy.

This is not a close-the-books role. You'll help leadership decide where the business goes next.

What you'll do

• Partner with brand leadership on commercial strategy, pricing, and growth decisions
• Own forecasting and budgeting for the brand
• Build the presentations and strategy packs that senior leaders use to run the business
• Turn the numbers into clear recommendations people can act on
