AdventHealth is seeking a senior Corporate Development professional to lead complex M&A transactions and strategic investments, guiding deals through the entire lifecycle from initial market assessment to go-live execution.

You will collaborate with treasury, legal, and operating teams to ensure value creation, regulatory alignment, and smooth target integrations across the health system. This role demands strong leadership and deep healthcare industry knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s Change Management Certification (PROSCI).
• Extensive knowledge of healthcare policy, operations, and analytics.
• Strong leadership and people management experience.
• Proficiency with MS PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex M&A transactions and manage the lifecycle from identification to execution.
• Develop business cases, oversee due diligence, and coordinate execution with SMEs.
• Collaborate with Treasury on debt transactions and strategic investments.
• Manage cross-functional teams and maintain the Corporate Development playbook.
• Ensure smooth integration and governance for target acquisitions.
