Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations, journalism, marketing, business, or related field.
• 7+ years in corporate communications, public relations, public affairs, or digital communications.
• Proven track record of executing integrated multi-channel communications programs.
• Strong digital content development, editorial planning, executive communications, and storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Lead NAOU PACS digital communications: channel strategy, editorial planning, content creation, publishing, and measurement.
• Build integrated digital storytelling plans to amplify priorities, brands, customers, communities, and sustainability.
• Partner across PACS and enterprise digital teams to improve channel effectiveness and brand voice consistency.
• Use insights and analytics to monitor engagement, optimize content, and demonstrate impact.
• Collaborate on NAOU executive visibility: messaging, presentations, and leadership engagement for internal/external audiences.
• Support communications for commercial milestones, partnerships, and industry events; amplify customer success stories.
