At The Coca‑Cola Company, we refresh the world and make a difference through the power of our brands, people, and partnerships. The Senior Manager, Corporate Communications plays a pivotal role in shaping and driving integrated communication programs that advance the North America Operating Unit's (NAOU) business priorities and reputation. This role sits within the Public Affairs, Communications & Sustainability (PACS) function and is responsible for leading the NAOU digital communications program, supporting executive visibility, and partnering on commercial, customer, community, and sustainability communications initiatives. Reporting to the Senior Director II, Strategic Communications, you will leverage storytelling, digital strategy, and stakeholder engagement to strengthen Coca‑Cola’s voice and connection across internal and external audiences. Build and execute integrated digital storytelling plans that amplify business priorities, brands, customers, communities, and sustainability achievements.

Partner across PACS and enterprise digital teams to enhance channel effectiveness, audience engagement, and brand consistency in tone and voice.

Provide communications support for key enterprise and industry events, employee engagements, and customer forums. Ensure all leadership communications align with global and NAOU narratives and uphold Coca‑Cola’s communications standards.

Translate commercial strategies and customer insights into impactful narratives tailored to strategic audiences. Support communications for major commercial milestones, partnerships, and industry events, amplifying customer success stories through internal, external, and digital channels.

Community, Sustainability & Earned Media Storytelling Support community and sustainability communications by developing stories that highlight Coca‑Cola’s social impact, environmental progress, and system partnerships. Partner with the Director, Earned Media, and cross‑functional PACS teams to generate proactive coverage across NAOU storytelling pillars. Develop media‑ready materials and amplification strategies, collaborating with subject‑matter experts and communications colleagues. Support issues preparedness and response efforts related to community and sustainability narratives.

Cross‑Functional Partnership & Program Management Build strong relationships across PACS, Commercial, Customer, Marketing, and enterprise communications teams to support collaborative storytelling and alignment. Manage multiple workstreams and priorities while maintaining focus on quality, speed, and accuracy. Coordinate agency and vendor resources to deliver communications programs on strategy, on time, and within budget. Define success metrics for programs, evaluate effectiveness, and apply continuous improvement principles to strengthen impact.
