Apex Fintech Solutions in Dallas seeks a Senior Manager, Securities Processing (Corporate Actions) to lead a multi-location team responsible for processing corporate action events across systems, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant handling.

You will drive performance, partner with Compliance, Billing, Trading, Risk, and Client Services, and shape the team's processes and controls, including SOC1/audit readiness and risk management, while mentoring leaders and expanding capability.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in financial services operations.
• 5+ years in corporate actions, securities processing, or brokerage operations.
• Experience leading multiple teams or locations and managing change.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop a team of corporate actions analysts across platforms and locations.
• Oversee daily workflows, SLAs, and incident resolution for mandatory and voluntary events.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Billing, Trading, Risk, and Client Services to close gaps.
• Manage vendor relationships with industry utilities and correspondent firms.
• Own SOC1 compliance and audit remediation activities.
