Rush Street Interactive, NYSE: RSI, is seeking a Senior Manager, Corporate Accounting to lead Corporate GL and drive the monthly close. You will partner with the SEC reporting team to deliver consolidations, financial statements, and disclosures.

Occasional in-person collaboration at our Chicago office is expected. The ideal candidate combines US GAAP and SOX expertise with public company experience, proven team leadership, and the ability to move cross‑functional teams toward a common goal.

Formación

• BA/BS/MS in Accounting or Finance.
• CPA certification preferred.
• Public company experience required.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and SOX.
• Proven leadership of accounting teams.
• Ability to drive close processes cross-functionally.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee monthly close and Corporate GL accounting.
• Coordinate SEC reporting: consolidation, financial statements, disclosures.
• Review non-routine items and guide team outputs.
• Lead and develop the accounting team with a culture of ownership and urgency.
• Maintain SOX controls and risk assessment in a growing business.
• Serve as finance spokesperson on close with senior leaders.
• Learn ERP and COA to guide team workflows and GL reviews.
• Identify opportunities to automate processes, including AI tools.
• Collaborate with Latin America Finance for global alignment.
