Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting and CPA.
• 5+ years of accounting experience.

• Thorough understanding of GAAP.
• Ability to interact with all levels of staff and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounting functions of Rush subsidiaries and affiliates.
• Liaise with subsidiary business owners and stakeholders.
• Supervise and oversee one senior accountant.
• Review financial statements and reconciliations from external partners.
• Operationalize new subsidiaries including banking, billing, and budgets.
• Manage close process and financial reporting for Rush SurgiCenter.
• Develop and implement accounting policies for joint ventures.
• Provide timely communications and documentation to stakeholders.
