TerraPower, based in Bellevue, Washington, seeks a Senior Manager to drive Core Mechanical Performance Testing for next‑gen reactor development. You will lead a multidisciplinary team, shape testing strategies, and ensure safety, quality, and timely delivery for critical components and methodologies.

Responsibilities include planning, execution, and budget oversight, coordination with internal customers, and advancing analytical methods from R&D to deployment in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of B.S. in an engineering field.
• 5+ years testing systems and components.
• 3+ years in a technical leadership role.
• Experience in mechanical testing and flow testing.
• Maintaining plant or test systems and components.
• ASME NQA-1 testing experience required.
• Experience managing a multi-disciplinary team.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multi-disciplinary group focused on safety, quality and innovation.
• Plan and execute testing activities for design maturation.
• Coordinate schedules, budgets and staffing with stakeholders.
• Ensure technical adequacy and compliance with TerraPower procedures.
• Provide technical oversight of contractor, supplier and partner work.
