Job summary

Capital One’s Experience Design team seeks a Senior Manager of Conversation Design to lead the conversational design vision for our AI agent servicing experience. You will create golden dialogues and map end-to-end conversational journeys to make AI interactions natural and human.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in content design, experience training and monitoring LLMs, and the ability to work across complex problem spaces with systems thinking and logic mapping.

Qualifications

• At least 6 years of experience with content design, content strategy, or UX writing.
• At least 6 years of experience working with and contributing to an established design system.

Responsibilities

• Lead the conversational design vision for our AI agent servicing experience.
• Create golden dialogues and map conversational journeys.
• Shape product direction by leveraging content design expertise and user insights.
• Mentor and consult with others to mature the design discipline.
