We are seeking a skilled Content Marketing Manager to lead our content development efforts. The role involves collaborating with creative, marketing, and design teams to define content goals and develop effective strategies to reach our target audience and marketing objectives.

Responsibilities include:

1. Collaborating with creative marketing and design teams to ideate and define content goals.
2. Understanding our target audience in detail, including their challenges, interests, and preferences, to create relevant content.
3. Developing content strategies for various platforms to drive traffic, engagement, sales, and brand promotion.
4. Planning, developing, and distributing content across different channels.
5. Nurturing content for email marketing campaigns.
6. Analyzing performance metrics to improve content effectiveness.
7. Managing all content creation, from short-form social media posts to long-form content like e-books and web copies.
8. Ensuring clarity, consistency, and key messaging across all content produced.
9. Leading and upskilling a team of writers, editors, SEO professionals, and marketers to meet KPIs.

Qualifications and Experience

• 5+ years of managerial experience in content development.
• Experience leading content marketing channels in a B2B/SaaS setup within international markets, preferably for small to mid-sized businesses.
• Extensive experience building and managing editorial teams.
• Proven ability to identify target audiences and devise effective content strategies.
• Good understanding of SEO best practices, algorithm updates, and developing content that ranks well in SERPs, especially in the U.S. market.

• Experience scaling organizations organically through content marketing.
