Job summary

GEP, a leading procurement and supply chain solutions firm, seeks a Senior Manager to lead high-impact M&A, procurement value creation and Direct Materials transformation engagements for US-based clients.

This role sits at the intersection of strategy, M&A and procurement, helping clients quantify and realize value across the transaction lifecycle while guiding senior stakeholders. You will mentor consulting teams, support business development and own end-to-end client outcomes.

Qualifications

• 11+ years in management consulting, procurement consulting, strategic sourcing, supply chain or value creation.
• Proven experience in M&A / due diligence / PMI / carve-outs and procurement value creation.
• Deep Direct Materials / COGS expertise with strong strategic sourcing and cost-transformation capabilities.
• Track record of quantifying and delivering measurable financial impact.
• Strong executive presence and experience engaging C-suite and senior stakeholders.
• Ability to lead complex engagements, teams and client relationships.
• Minimum of Bachelor’s degree/MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive high-impact M&A, procurement value creation and Direct Materials transformation engagements for US-based clients.
• Advise CPOs, CFOs, CEOs, Corporate Development and PE stakeholders on critical deal and transformation decisions.
• Lead high-performing consulting teams and own end-to-end client outcomes.
• Support business development, proposals and growth of our M&A & Procurement Advisory practice.
