  • 15+ years of procurement, value creation, cost analysis and source-to-pay experience in a Fortune 500 or consulting environment.
  • Strategic leadership with ability to drive initiatives across multinational teams.
  • Experience with procurement technologies and analytics, and leading digital transformation.

Job Overview

This global strategy and operations leadership role is principally focused on governing and managing enterprise value creation of procured goods and services initiatives at the enterprise level. The role drives the savings pillar of the Procurement strategy by leading creative design and value thinking across brands and categories, coordinating cross‑function program management, enterprise savings digital management platforms, a standardized value creation operating model, and advanced analytics and management reporting. It plays an essential role during challenging macroeconomic conditions to protect and fuel growth opportunities. The position also provides executive leadership through the portfolio orchestration of integrated digital, data, analytics, and AI strategies across the end‑to‑end source‑to‑pay ecosystem, partnering with Global Supplier Management, IT, and business leadership to align stakeholders around a shared digital roadmap and governance model.

Role Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Chief Procurement Officer, Global Supplier Management, Strategy and Operations leadership, and business leaders worldwide to develop capabilities integrated with Procurement strategies, delivering value creation and realization.
  • Structure and facilitate upstream ideation to accelerate value creation, leading creative ideation workshops and building trust with Brand/Function teams.
  • Orchestrate across Procurement, Brands, Packaging, R&D, Engineering, and suppliers to execute downstream value realization outcomes and maintain a single source of data‑driven truth.
  • Facilitate project management oversight using enterprise digital value creation and savings platforms for tracking project milestones.
  • Mediates key project roadblocks with respective teams and leaders, including timeline governance.
  • Perform management reporting, including CPO scorecard delivery, brand, category, and functional scorecards, and global value creation reviews.
  • Lead the procured cost of goods (COGS) budget, OPEX, Capex, and PPV savings management, including annual cost standard budget program management and monthly PPV operations.
  • Govern global sourcing value creation and sourcing recommendation committee portfolios, collaborating with Finance and Procurement leadership to validate financial results.
  • Develop new capabilities in process design, supporting technologies, policies, and best practices, refining standard and innovative tools to support strategy development and continuous improvement.
  • Define and lead the enterprise procurement data and analytics strategy, establishing an operating framework for data sourcing, capture, architecture, governance, and quality standards.
  • Own the procurement analytics and data visualization ecosystem, setting the vision and governing the operating model for actionable insights and decision‑making across the enterprise.
  • Partner with IT, Enterprise Business Services, Finance, and Procurement leadership to modernize and continuously enhance data, analytics, and reporting capabilities, advancing digital transformation and innovation priorities.
  • Lead the global procurement technology and AI portfolio, driving prioritization, investment alignment, and program execution to support enterprise objectives.
  • Champion the development and scaling of Procurement and Source‑to‑Pay AI capabilities, embedding advanced analytics, automation, and AI‑driven insights into core processes.
Qualifications
  • Undergraduate degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, Business Management, Industrial Engineering, or Data Science.
  • CPA and/or MBA in Finance or Business Management preferred.
  • 15+ years of experience in procurement, value creation, cost analysis, source‑to‑pay process, procurement technologies, data, and analytics within a Fortune 500 or business consulting firm.
  • Strategic leadership skills with a proven ability to develop and lead strategic initiatives.
  • Program management experience leading project teams through all phases with disciplined process practices.
  • Industry expertise in sourcing, procurement, payable processes, and source‑to‑pay transformation within large multinational companies.
  • Technical proficiency with SAP ERP, Ariba, Coupa, or similar procurement systems, and experience with digitalization design and deployment. Business design experience with automation, workflow, machine learning, and AI.
  • Analytical and research skills, including industry/market analysis, company research, spend analytics, and familiarity with project platforms such as GEP Smart or SpendHQ.

Pay Range and Benefits

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $158,000.00 to $273,000.00. Salary depends on experience, skills, education, and budget. This position is eligible for a highly competitive bonus program and share incentive plan.
