Job summary

Procure Analytics in Atlanta, GA seeks an Associate Member Advisor to support a portfolio of member accounts and drive value through PA programs. You will partner with senior team members, supplier partners, and internal stakeholders to deliver exceptional experiences and measurable savings.

This role offers growth through increasing ownership, member exposure, and responsibility in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment near The Battery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; demonstrated record of achievement preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support a portfolio of member accounts and build relationships with stakeholders.
• Assist with member retention, program adoption, and organic growth.

• Coordinate projects related to spend conversion, SKU consolidation, inventory optimization, and purchasing best practices.
• Track timelines, follow-ups, and stakeholder communications.
• Help resolve member and supplier issues in a professional, solutions-oriented manner.
• Develop procurement, operational, analytical, and project management skills.

What You’ll Do

As an Associate Member Advisor, you will support and progressively take ownership of a portfolio of member companies while partnering with senior team members, supplier partners, and internal stakeholders to help deliver exceptional member experiences and measurable value through PA programs.

This role is designed for individuals who want to grow quickly through increasing ownership, member exposure, and responsibility.

• Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, Salesforce, or similar analytical and CRM tools
• Exposure to manufacturing, MRO, or Packaging environments
