Job summary

Roofstock is seeking a Senior Manager, Construction in Dallas to lead the Construction organization across markets, delivering renovations, turns, and capital improvements with safety, on-time delivery, and cost controls.

You will drive standardized, data-driven processes, mentor a team, and collaborate with Product, Field Operations, Asset Management and People Operations to scale operations and improve customer experiences.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of residential construction experience with growing leadership responsibilities.
• Experience leading multi-market operations with budget, quality, and service accountability.
• Proven ability to develop leaders, manage vendors, and drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Construction Specialists and Senior Construction Specialists.
• Oversee safety, on-time delivery, and budget adherence across markets.
• Establish KPIs for cycle time, quality, cost, and customer satisfaction.
• Standardize processes, playbooks, and quality controls for scalability.
• Partner with Vendor Management to build and manage a contractor network.
• Travel to markets to inspect properties and strengthen vendor relationships.
