Job summary

Peach State Roofing, Inc. is seeking an Operations Manager for our Dallas area office. This role oversees field operations, safety inspections, and client satisfaction while coordinating branch administration.

Experience is preferred but training is available for the right candidate. The position reports to the Regional Manager and is part of a national commercial roofing contractor with 25 locations nationwide.

Qualifications

• Experience in roofing management preferred but not required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to lift 50 lbs and climb ladders.
• Valid driver's license with clean record (fewer than 3 tickets in 3 years).
• Authorized to work in the United States and willing to be E-Verified.

Responsibilities

• Ensure thorough site inspections before and after projects for safety and quality.
• Address any issues arising during installation.
• Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the project.
• Manage materials and equipment for projects.
• Oversee multiple projects and crews concurrently.
• Oversee daily branch operations.
• Communicate all developments with Corporate and HR.
