LHH is seeking a Senior Accountant for a well-known service company operating nationwide. The role requires strong general ledger management, US GAAP expertise, and experience with multi-entity environments.

The ideal candidate has public accounting experience, preferably from Big 4 or a large regional firm, and can collaborate across teams. This in-office role is Dallas-based and requires being on site 1 day per week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required.
• Public accounting background preferred, ideally Big 4 or large regional firm.
• Minimum five years' accounting management or supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and financial reporting.

Responsabilités

• Manage the general ledger for multiple corporate entities within Oracle Fusion.
• Prepare consolidations for approximately ten domestic subsidiary companies.
• Produce monthly consolidated financial statements in accordance with US GAAP.
• Prepare quarterly and year-end internal reporting and support the development of reporting packages.
• Review journal entries and account reconciliations for key corporate accounts.
• Track intercompany transactions and ensure proper eliminations in monthly financial statements.
• Serve as a backup resource for treasury-related activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and strengthen internal controls.
• Assist with year-end audits, quarterly reviews, and other required audits in coordination with external auditors.
