Job summary

Amgen Inc. is seeking a Compliance – Strategic Planning and Operations Senior Manager to support planning and execution for the Chief Compliance Officer and Worldwide Compliance & Business Ethics leadership.

The role coordinates leadership routines, planning activities, communications, and cross-functional initiatives, ensuring alignment across WCBE and related partners. Responsibilities include executive support, planning execution, and governance, with emphasis on delivering clear, timely

Qualifications

Experience supporting strategic planning and business performance, including annual operating plans and goal alignment.
Ability to coordinate cross-functional programs from planning through delivery with clear milestones and ownership.
Experience synthesizing updates into concise insights for senior leaders.
Familiarity with budget, headcount or resource planning and coordinating inputs across Finance and HR.

Responsibilities

Support effective CCO and WCBE leadership routines and ensure decisions are recorded and advanced.
Coordinate leadership meetings, agendas, pre-reads, logistics, notes and action follow-ups.
Prepare presentations and briefing materials for leadership use; maintain logs of decisions and actions.
