Job summary

Amgen Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager for Global Quality Compliance to coordinate and lead audits across Amgen sites, contract facilities, and affiliates. The role requires strong regulatory knowledge, leadership, and experience in quality compliance.

Responsibilities include training program support, annual audit planning, and providing expert guidance on global regulations and inspection readiness. Travel to domestic and international sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Doctorate degree and 2 years of auditor experience
• Master’s degree and 6 years of auditor experience
• Bachelor’s degree and 8 years of auditor experience
• Associate’s degree and 10 years of auditor experience
• High school diploma / GED and 12 years of auditor experience

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and lead global quality compliance audits across Amgen sites, contract facilities, affiliates and partners.
• Support training to ensure understanding and application of regulatory requirements.
• Assist in the annual audit plan development and tracking.
• Provide SME guidance on global regulations and inspection readiness and regulatory authority inspections when necessary.
