Essential duties include developing and maintaining compensation and benefits structures, analyzing market data, researching best practices, preparing analyses, partnering with internal and external resources, and managing various benefits programs such as medical, dental, disability, FMLA, 401(k), and insurance plans. The role also involves ensuring compliance with ACA regulations, overseeing 401(k) administration, and utilizing Microsoft Office and HCM systems.
Qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree (SPHR and CEBS preferred), 5-7 years of relevant experience, strong strategic, financial, and analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across organizational levels.
