As a Senior Compensation and Benefits Manager, you will lead the strategy, design, and administration of our compensation and benefits programs, ensuring alignment with Point B’s vision and competitive practices. You will collaborate with management to improve programs, manage employee benefits, analyze compensation practices, and develop strategies to attract, motivate, and retain talent.
