Senior Manager, Compensation and Benefits

As a Senior Compensation and Benefits Manager, you will lead the strategy, design, and administration of our compensation and benefits programs, ensuring alignment with Point B’s vision and competitive practices. You will collaborate with management to improve programs, manage employee benefits, analyze compensation practices, and develop strategies to attract, motivate, and retain talent. Your role involves making decisions on salary structures, bonus programs, and incentives to foster a transparent and equitable environment. Ensuring compliance with regulations and fair pay practices is also key. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, excellent communication, initiative, and thorough knowledge of compensation practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement compensation strategies aligned with company goals.
  2. Conduct market research and analyze trends for program design.
  3. Design and manage job architecture, salary ranges, and incentive plans.
  4. Partner with Benefits team and vendors to manage benefits programs.
  5. Oversee compensation administration using Workday and analytical tools.
  6. Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  7. Collaborate with teams to evaluate and benchmark programs.
  8. Provide guidance and training on compensation matters.
  9. Lead the design of variable pay and incentives.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Finance, Data Analytics, or related field.
  • 10+ years in compensation management.
  • 3+ years working with employee benefits.
  • 5+ years in job architecture and sales incentive program design.
  • Experience with sales incentives, vendor management, and benefits renewal.
  • Exceptional knowledge of compensation principles and laws.
  • Strong analytical skills, proficiency in compensation software (preferably Workday), and excellent communication.

Preferred Certifications: CCP or equivalent.
