Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in community management, program management, or related fields.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Experience with program development, content coordination, events, or marketing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee programming across Fidelity Institutional client segments and communities to integrate peer-to-peer opportunities in events.
• Lead development and execution of community engagement strategies to increase participation and peer-to-peer engagement.
• Develop and manage community programs, research initiatives, cohorts and committees to keep the community engaged.
• Monitor and analyze engagement metrics and KPIs to identify opportunities for growth.
• Oversee community platform health, content management, moderation, and turning conversations into business insights.
• Contribute to quarterly scorecards and reporting with executive-level insights on impact.
