Job summary

Fidelity is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the Community and Engagement Center of Excellence in Durham, NC. This role focuses on planning, executing, and measuring initiatives to deepen member engagement and generate data-driven insights.

You will build scalable community programs, manage cross-functional teams, and drive peer-to-peer engagement while aligning with Fidelity’s strategic goals.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in community management or related fields.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience in program development, content coordination, events, or marketing.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning of programming across Fidelity Institutional client segments and communities to ensure consistent approach to integrate peer-to-peer opportunities in all client events.
• Lead the development and execution of community engagement strategies that increase member participation and drive peer-to-peer engagement.
• Develop and manage high-impact community programs/events, research initiatives, member cohorts and member committees.
• Monitor and analyze community engagement metrics and KPIs to assess performance and identify growth opportunities.
• Oversee ongoing community platform health, including content management, discussion moderation, and turning member conversations into business insights.
• Contribute to quarterly scorecards and reporting to deliver executive-level insights on community impact and outcomes.
