You will oversee planning, execution and governance of community programs, partner with teams across the organization, and help optimize engagement health and stakeholder value. The role emphasizes collaboration, data-driven decisions, and delivering measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in community management, program management, member engagement or related fields.
• Experience in program development, content development, event planning, content coordination, or marketing.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence outcomes across multiple stakeholders.
• Customer-first mindset and collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning of programming across Fidelity Institutional client segments and communities to ensure consistent approach to integrate peer-to-peer opportunities in all client events.
• Lead the development and execution of community engagement strategies that increase member participation and peer-to-peer engagement.
• Develop and manage high-impact community programs, research initiatives, member cohorts and committees to keep community engaged and informed.
• Monitor and analyze community engagement metrics and KPIs to assess performance and identify opportunities for growth.
• Oversee ongoing community platform health, including content management, discussion moderation, and turning member conversations into business insights.
• Contribute to quarterly scorecards and reporting to deliver executive-level insights on impact and outcomes; build frameworks for measuring program effectiveness.
• Establish and maintain governance processes and best practices to support scalable community operations.
• Monitor industry trends to drive innovation in community management.
