Job summary

You will develop and execute a comprehensive training strategy, lead a team, and manage training portfolios to ensure high performance across the organization. You will work cross-functionally, mentor staff, and oversee budgets and events, while shaping the vision for training and capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline
• Advanced degree in education, instructional design or related field
• Typically requires 10 years of work experience and 3 years of supervisory/management experience, or the equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience managing and mentoring direct reports

Responsibilities

• Develops a comprehensive learning strategy that supports teams and organizational goals
• Conducts performance analyses to identify skill/knowledge gaps
• Matches learning solutions to maximize workplace performance
• Leads and designs training initiatives for staff and cross-functional teams
• Manages a training budget on a quarterly and annual basis
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to plan, design and deliver training
