Job summary

Qualifications

• 6+ years in Commercial Learning, Sales, Marketing, or Consulting.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver learning curricula and training programs for customer-facing teams in Rare Disease.
• Lead onboarding and day-to-day learning initiatives with stakeholder feedback.
• Facilitate training delivery across live, virtual, and blended formats.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Medical, Legal/Regulatory/Compliance to design content and manage PRC approvals.
• Coordinate with Medical Affairs to align medical and learning functions.
• Measure training effectiveness and adjust content based on data.
